In case you are experiencing issues like this, there are two things we can recommend. Or, on the other hand, the issue is hardware-related and the screen protector is probably covering sensors. So, make sure to remove the screen protector or, if you are determined to use one, check what official screen protectors are supported by the Moto Z4.
