This needs fixed ASAP. Yep, same issue here. Even if I use my browser to locate the themes, when I ask to add them to my download list, they'll just result in errors, and won't download.
Attempting to download the themes returned an PS4 error code, sorry, I didn't log that code. I thought I'd try to download the themes again later this afternoon, considering the Playstation Store server problems that plagued this Sept 13 release date of DST:Mega Pack bundle.
I was expecting to be able to download them there, but they did not show up. I have attached a video describing what I encountered. This seems like a Playstation Store issue or bug. Hey everyone, Sony has informed us that this is a known issue for a number of PS4 themes being sold on the PlayStation store. Sony is looking into the issue - we'll keep everyone updated once it has been resolved. Any word on this? It's been over a week and I'm still not able to download the theme.
I am checking everyday and still the same here UK. There are some weird waves that slowly move around in the background. If you agree with us, then we have some good news for you. Sony, surely realizing this, made it pretty easy to get new themes onto your PS4, and subsequently swap them in to replace the dull, blue old one. To access the part where you actually change your theme, go to Settings on the top menu, then scroll down to Themes.
All are soft and inoffensive, but admittedly have their relaxing qualities. This will open up the gallery of images you have saved on your hard drive, allowing you to make one of your in-game masterful snaps into a permanent, static wallpaper for your home screen.
There are a whopping 5, to choose from, after all. Of course, we should also mention that there are various unofficial sources from which you can also get PS4 themes.
There are also plenty of people, however, who will want their PlayStation to feel like their unique PlayStation, and adding a new theme — whether it be from your own gallery or from the PlayStation Store — is a perfect way to accomplish this.
